In Society we can feel so alone. There is a place we can go to that makes us feel safe. For most of us it is not physical, but can feel so real we don't want to leave it.

We find ourselves getting lost in the walls we have built for our safety. The greatest moments (and normally the scariest) are when we can let someone into our sanctuaries.

This is a view of my inner walls. Take a look through my stained glass past the masquerade at midnight.

 Spirit Day

You might be seeing a lot of purple on all of your favorite social media sites today. It’s in support for Spirit Day. This day is in support of anti-bullying of LGBT youth.

It may have been awhile since we were in school, but anyone who is not The Smoke Monster from LOST would agree that any form of hatred is wrong. Standing up for equality in our schools is the first step in a more positive and tolerant future.

Since the rise of the internet online bullying is a growing problem. Many tech savey organizations are supporting Spirit Day to promote responsible and safe use of their sites in their communities.

The viral NOH8 Campaign is also showing support for today with their popular twibbon in Spirit Day Purple! While your visiting NOH8’s site you can check out celebrity photographer  Adam Bouska’s photo series of silent protester against hate.
